This summer I had the chance to travel to The Cévennes, in France. The beautiful landscapes and the peaceful natural open spaces inspired me to create this piece. On a walk, I found an empty wheat field with some wheat strands left behind. The wheat I found that summer day is what I used in this art work. 🙂
This piece uses spanish handmade linen paper.
The dimensions are 25 x 35cm or 9.8 x 13,7 inches.

€170.00Last winter there was a very big storm in the Mediterranean side of Spain. The rivers ran strong and took everything that it found on its way to the sea. Months later, debris from that storm keeps coming to the seashore. While walking over the beaches of the Costa Brava, I found many amazing sticks and branches that triggered my creativity. I hope you can feel that same peace I felt while picking them up when watching this art work. 🙂
